About Me

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my approach is compassionate, person-centered, culturally-affirming, and trauma-informed. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are—overwhelmed, exhausted, reflective, uncertain—and feel met with respect and curiosity. While we will explore your past when it’s important to do so, our work is also very much about helping you feel better and live more fully in the here and now.

I work with a wide range of mental health concerns, with particular focus on anxiety, panic, trauma, and OCD. Many of the clients I see feel like their nervous systems are stuck in overdrive—constantly scanning for danger, bracing for the next wave of anxiety, or caught in exhausting cycles of fear and doubt.

I’ve been trained in multiple evidence-based treatments, and I value the science behind what works. At the same time, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I work collaboratively with each client to tailor treatment to their needs, history, culture, and values, adjusting our approach as we go. Above all, I aim for therapy to feel thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely helpful.

I am based in New York City, am licensed in both New York and New Jersey, and hold a Florida Telehealth Certificate.
