Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for adults with a wide range of mental health conditions and concerns. I offer various evidence-based treatments tailored to specific concerns, while thoughtfully adapting therapy to your goals, values, and lived experience. The work is collaborative and paced at a level that feels safe and supportive, with an emphasis on both symptom relief and deeper, lasting change. Therapy is a space to better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

Therapy Specialties
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a practical, skills-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and build tools to respond differently, reducing distress and increasing a sense of control. CBT is structured, collaborative, and focused on creating meaningful change in your day-to-day life.
Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR) & Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD
EMDR and CPT are evidence-based therapies that help people process and heal from trauma and distressing experiences. EMDR uses guided bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess painful memories so they feel less overwhelming and disruptive. CPT is a structured therapy that helps identify and change unhelpful beliefs and thought patterns related to trauma, allowing you to regain a sense of safety, control, and meaning in their lives.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD
ERP is the gold-standard treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. With the guidance of a therapist, ERP involves gradually facing feared situations and thoughts while learning to resist compulsive responses. Over time, intrusive thoughts lose their power and you build confidence in your ability to cope with uncertainty and discomfort. This process helps you re-engage with your life in a fuller, more flexible way, even when unwanted thoughts are present.
Exposure Therapy for Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Social Anxiety, Phobias
Exposure therapy is a treatment that helps you gradually face feared sensations, situations, or environments in a safe and supportive way. While avoidance can bring short-term relief, it often strengthens anxiety over time and shrinks your world. With guidance, you learn that anxiety and/or panic can rise and fall on their own—and that you can handle discomfort without needing to escape or avoid. Over time, fear loosens its grip, confidence grows, and everyday situations become more manageable.
Other Modalities
I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, cultural backgrounds, and values. With this in mind, I thoughtfully integrate additional modalities as appropriate, drawing from psychodynamic and relational therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and supportive therapy. This flexible, individualized approach allows therapy to evolve with you and remain responsive to what is most helpful at each stage of our work together.
